"I am writing in reference to Paula Burger Posada as a UX Researcher. I have worked with
Paula as a client for the last three months of 2017 and her efforts played a role in the success of
our software project. She displayed natural inquisitiveness in the usability test sessions. Her
well-crafted questions led to a test plan that would best gauge our UI design. She also
highlighted several software bugs during the usability studies and was able to apply a series of
technical fixes. This demonstration of quick learning and adaptability was important to prevent
