"I engaged Paula and her UX analysis expertise for a complex project developing a tool for financial analysts. The work our users perform is extremely intricate and difficult for an outsider to understand. I was truly impressed by how fast Paula picked up this language and complexity in just a few sessions with users. Furthermore, she managed to distill this elaborate data clearly and succinctly to define exactly where we need to focus our resources. The insight Paula provided to our team was invaluable and anyone hiring her will be lucky to have her."

"One phrase to describe Paula: a fast learner. As a project manager, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Paula on an internal website redesign, and her dedication to understanding the project, especially for someone completely new to the site and its users, was impressive. Paula's responsibilities involved gathering disparate users for UX interviews, meticulously recording their responses and feedback, and drawing out common themes from the data. As a former anthropologist, I can attest to the considerable skills needed to critically sift through raw qualitative data, and Paula was able to distill the information into a polished and professional report for different stakeholders in a short timeframe. Paula's attention to detail and organization, as well as her background in social psychology, made her a valuable asset as a UX researcher."

—Benito Vergara, Project Manager

Paula is a highly organized individual. She prioritizes assignments and is a great team player. I valued her cognitive sciences background and how she used data visualizations for her UX analysis report summaries.

"I am writing in reference to Paula Burger Posada as a UX Researcher. I have worked with
Paula as a client for the last three months of 2017 and her efforts played a role in the success of
our software project. She displayed natural inquisitiveness in the usability test sessions. Her
well-crafted questions led to a test plan that would best gauge our UI design. She also
highlighted several software bugs during the usability studies and was able to apply a series of
technical fixes. This demonstration of quick learning and adaptability was important to prevent
any schedule delays. The usability reports were needed by the beginning week of 2018 and her
team delivered. I would like to note the challenge of scheduling test users during the course of
the holiday season.

Although I only have briefly worked with Paula, I would recommend her for a role as a
UX Researcher. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions."

As a Program Coordinator, she could always be relied upon to take participant safety and well-being very seriously.
